After purchasing the Awakening campaign, beating its MISSIONNAME story mission unlocks a playset of Broken Contract.
Premium versions of Broken Contract also unlock if the premium campaign is purchased. Without it, the premium cards can be crafted for 
3200 Shiftstone each, after being unlocked in the mission."
