The mechanic was introduced in The Empty Throne expansion, as the Combrei 
mechanic.
It returned in Defiance as the Kerendon 
mechanic with it now appearing on Relics and Sites.
And it returned in Homecoming on Andrik, Renegade Priest
Strategy[]
Works best in Ramp decks, as your late-game power cards will have more use to use you effects.
