Heroes Rise! and Hero’s Welcome were events for Eternal that featured special deck construction rules, and special gameplay rules revolving around a Hero unit chosen by the player at the start of each run.

Heroes Rise! that took place from February 22–24, 2019, and Hero’s Welcome took place from March 22–April 1, 2019.

Hero's Entomb	EntombEntomb: Does something when it is killed.: Draw a card.
Endurance	EnduranceEndurance: Readies at the end of your turn, can't be stunned, and can't be exhausted except to pay costs.
Aegis	AegisAegis: Protected from one enemy spell or effect (but not from battle damage).
Hero's Infiltrate	InfiltrateInfiltrate: This does something the first time it hits the enemy player.: Draw a card.
