Alternate Art

An alternate-art version of Howling Peak was released exclusively for the Cold Hunt $5K Expedition Open tournament in October 2021. It cannot be crafted or destroyed for Shiftstone. Up to 4 copies were rewarded for participation in the event, and additional premium copies were rewarded to participants with a Masters Medallion.

Notes

Defiance was a set focused on five three-faction alliances: Jennev, Ixtun, Winchest, Kerendon, and Auralian. Faction pairs that appear in more than one of them received a lot of support, including a cycle of legendary sites: Ijin's Workshop, Howling Peak, Torgov's Trading Post, Xenan Temple, and Regent's Tomb.
