After purchasing the Homecoming campaign, beating its mission Hit 'em Where it Hurts unlocks a playset of Necessary Measures.

Premium versions of Necessary Measures also unlock if the premium campaign is purchased. Without it, the premium cards can be crafted for 3200 Shiftstone each, after being unlocked in the mission.
