Power surge is a deprecated keyword that is no longer in the game.
Power Surge cards used to have a big X in the top left corner and the keyword would say "When played, spends all of your remaining power to increase its effect."
Cards with the keyword had their costs changed from X to a cost with a plus afterwards.
