During development, Prism Golem was called Otherworldly Pilgrim and had different artwork, as seen during the official stream of the ECQ: Whispers of the Throne, where Otherworldly Pilgrim and Worldshaper's Staff were revealed as Shadow of the Spire spoilers.^[1]
