Talir, Timejumper is the second promotional card of Empire of Glass. The promo quest period lasted from December 16–27, 2020. Talir's promo quest was the third of four throughout that month, a departure from the normal one-per-month promo schedule, to celebrate Empire of Glass's release.

For a limited time, a Talir premium avatar was available in the store for 300 gems. A bundle with the avatar a promo theme deck (including 4 premium copies of Talir, Timejumper) was also available, for 500.
