Totems are cosmetic items that appear as interactive decorations in-game. Each player has a totem, displayed on either side of the play zone. Clicking different parts of a totem activates various animations and sounds.
Totem Selection
Totems are chosen in the Personalize and Deck Customization screens.
A default totem is selected in the Profile's Personalize sub-screen. Totems may be further customized for individual decks through the Deck Editor's Deck Customization screen.

History
Before patch 1.44's update to deck and cosmetics customization, totems were selected in the Deck Selection screen found in many game modes. Unlocked totems appear to the lower left of the player's decks.
